The marketplace served as the entry point for the entire RealtyBid platform, supporting two distinct audiences with very different goals. Buyers needed to quickly discover and evaluate auction properties, while sellers required an intuitive path to list and manage their auctions. Working closely with stakeholders, I designed a responsive experience that unified these journeys, modernized the interface, and established a consistent foundation across desktop and mobile devices.
Designing a Smarter Property Search

Searching for auction properties involved balancing dozens of variables, including auction type, property characteristics, pricing, location, occupancy, and sale dates. I redesigned the search experience to make complex filtering feel approachable by organizing information into intuitive controls, synchronizing map and list interactions, and presenting property information in a way that helped buyers compare opportunities with confidence.
